    At Petal Loft, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with each order. Please review our return policy below:

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage during transit.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized products (e.g., customized colors, sizes, or designs).
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Items that show signs of use or wear.

    Steps to Request a Return:

    • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at moreinfo@petalloft.com or 209-214-9594.
    • Provide your order number and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

    Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

    Exchanges:
    We do not currently offer exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same design once the original item is returned.

    Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Custom Orders:
    For custom items, we work closely with you during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Because of this, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during shipping.
